Meet Mike "Mick" Nieto

An executive manufacturing leader, I have spent my professional life maximizing sales and revenue generation for organizations ranging from $100M to $18B Fortune 500 global businesses. I have delivered proven performance developing new business as an individual contributor with annual revenue goals of up to $20M over a sustained period of time, and as a leader with annual revenues of $45M.

I made it my mission throughout my career to be the best mentor I can be to my teams and clients. With a track record of attracting, recruiting, and advising teams of up to 110, I consistently built the  foundations necessary to accelerate performance and increase revenue while motivated and engaged team members paved the way toward leadership targets and beyond.

I hold an undergrad in Leadership a Masters in Leadership Human Resources, am a certified trainer in the Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative, and recently served as director of the Daytona State College Center for Business and Industry.
